Nobody hands you a manual for this.
LEADERSHIP COACHINGMaybe you were a strong engineer and suddenly found yourself responsible for a team. Maybe you started a company and people began looking to you for direction. Or maybe you already know how to lead, but hard-tech brings a different set of challenges. In any case, the work gets real quickly: delegation, feedback, hiring, conflict, and decisions with no clean answer. I coach leaders through those moments as a peer who has been there, made mistakes, and learned what actually helps.
WHO IT'S FORYou don’t have to lead alone.
Leadership can get lonely, especially when people are looking to you and the answer is not obvious. Coaching gives you a regular, confidential place to talk things through with someone who understands the work. You do not need to wait until something is wrong or show up with a perfectly formed agenda. We build an ongoing relationship around the decisions, conversations, and challenges that come with the role.
NEW MANAGERSYou were good at solving problems yourself. Now you are responsible for helping a whole team succeed. We work through the things that rarely come naturally at first: delegation, feedback, priorities, difficult conversations, and knowing when to step in or let someone else take the lead.
FIRST-TIME FOUNDERSYou are building the company while learning how to lead it. There is rarely a clean separation between product decisions, people decisions, and business decisions. We talk through hiring, accountability, cofounder dynamics, hard calls, and how to stay close to the work without becoming the person everything depends on.
LEADERS NEW TO HARD-TECHYou already know how to lead, but hard-tech changes the shape of the work. Decisions take longer to validate, functions are tightly connected, and small misalignments can become expensive problems later. We work through how to set direction, build trust across disciplines, and make sound decisions when the feedback is slow and the trade-offs are real.
HOW I WORKPractical, private, and grounded in the work.
This isn’t leadership theory, personality tests, or a playbook that ignores what is actually happening in your role. We work with what is already on your plate - the conversation you are avoiding, the person who is struggling, the decision with no clean answer, or the team dynamic you cannot quite make sense of. I bring experience from founding a company, leading multidisciplinary teams, scaling organizations, and making plenty of mistakes along the way, without assuming your situation is the same as mine.
There is no fixed curriculum. Our conversations follow the work in front of you while helping you build the judgment and habits you can carry into the next challenge.
Delegating without losing quality or control
Giving feedback people can actually use
Hiring well and learning to trust your judgment
Prioritizing when everything feels urgent
Making hard decisions clearly and humanely
Leading through ambiguity, growth, and change
LET'S GET TO WORKOngoing coaching, priced by session.
I recommend meeting every two weeks. It gives us a steady rhythm to talk through what is changing, prepare for difficult moments, and keep working on the kind of leader you want to become. Coaching can be arranged directly with you or sponsored by your company. Our conversations stay confidential unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
